At Japan-Old-Lens, since our products are second-hand or vintage, we only accept returns for defective items or items that do not match the description provided.
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match its description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at japanoldlens@gmail.com, providing product details and a description of the issue. Returns must be initiated within two weeks of receiving the item.
Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original, unused condition with all parts and accessories (if applicable).
- Returns are not accepted simply because the item does not meet personal expectations or differs from your anticipated condition.

Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description. In such cases, we will reimburse return shipping costs after receiving the returned item.

Refund or Replacement
